So here’s my transformation…
June 2016 – Today, 19th January 2017
This for me is my best transformation yet
Today I’m fit, healthy, full of energy and can get through the day without using coffee as a crutch.
I can go out for dinner with friends without stressing about the menu.
I can say HELL YES to a glass of wine after work instead of just wanting to crawl home to bed.
I can miss a training session without it making me feel like the world is going to stop turning.
I can pack for a weekend away without prepping food and worrying about whether the hotel has a fridge for my tupperware
I can sleep properly.
When I was “in my best shape” I couldn’t run for the bus, I couldn’t sleep, I felt like sh*t and was miserable as f*ck.
I liked what I saw in the mirror though so it was worth it right?
No. No. No. No and NO again.
Feeling healthy is worth it.
Being fit is worth it.
Enjoying food is worth it.
Spending time with friends and family is worth it.
Sleeping properly is worth it.
Being spontaneous is worth it.
Looking after your body is worth it.
We only get one…Show it a bit of love.
