So, a little about me…
You know those people who have always known what they wanted to do in terms of career? Yeah, I wasn’t one of them!
Having graduated from Durham University in 2007, I ended up moving to London from the North East and working in the city as a PA.
Fast forward 4 years, and I was still in the same job, bored out of my brain and wondering what my next move would and should be.
In the meantime, I’d joined the gym, signed up with a personal trainer and fallen in love…With training, not my personal trainer! (Although that did happen too and we’ve now lived together for the last 3 years!)
I wanted to be in the gym 24/7 NOT behind a desk typing letters and answering the phone.
In 2013 I took my passion for training a step further and entered my first fitness competition, and then my second, just one week later. My third came in April 2014, one month after being made redundant from my PA role, which then gave me a massive kick up the bum to pursue my passion for fitness and to qualify as a personal trainer.
I wanted to help other people fall in love with health and fitness as I had. To reach goals they never thought themselves capable of, and to live a healthy lifestyle in every sense of the word.
Day to day I’m based at a central London gym, but I also help clients all over the world through my online training programmes. I create training, nutrition and supplement plans, tailored to the individual using only the highest quality supplements with incredible results.
Fat loss, better skin, more energy, better sleep, more power, increased strength and bags more confidence are just some of the benefits that can come from the right training and nutrition guidance.
